United Service and Sales is owned and operated by Richard Cretsinger and Annette Haynes. With a combined tenure in the industry of more than several decades, the United Service and Sales management team is hands-on and committed to customer satisfaction. Company team members work tirelessly to ensure that customers remain the number one priority. United Service and Sales takes pride in providing clients with cost effective products as well as friendly and efficient after sale service.
About the Owners:
Richard Kimball Cretsinger, United Service and Sales President and CEO, has been with the company for 12 years. Richard has taken a hands-on approach in his position with United Service and Sales, ensuring that both customers and employees are pleased. Richard has had advanced small business training and is a Kohler expert technician and a master technician of The Boss plow. His expertise, both in business and as a technician, enables him to successfully serve United Service and Sales customers as the company CEO and equipment expert. Richard has always gone the extra mile for United Service and Sales clients, resulting in a loyal customer base and a thriving business.
Annette Hickey Cretsinger has been with United Service and Sales for 20 years. As Owner, Office Manager, Product Buyer and Treasurer, Annette is intimately involved in all aspects of the United Service and Sales business. With advanced entrepreneurial training, she is able to efficiently run the company’s day-to-day business and accounting operations. Annette’s dedication to United Service and Sales and its customers is apparent as she continually focuses on client needs and quality products and service.
